UNIVERSAL SERVICE

Mtel d.o.o. Podgorica is the Universal Service operator which provides services of the Universal phonebook Directory and the Universal Enquiry Service for information on the subscribers’ numbers. The Universal phonebook Directory contains numbers of subscribers of the landline and mobile telephone networks who did not require a prohibition of publishing and providing such data. By calling 1180, the Universal Enquiry Service provides data on the landline and mobile telephone numbers of subscribers who did not require a prohibition of publishing and providing such data on the subscriber or the owner of the number. All end-users of electronic communications services can make 1180 call to the Universal Enquiry Service. By making one call to the number 1180 the information is obtained on all telephone numbers used by the subscriber on whose telephone numbers the information was required.

Price of calls to the Universal Enquiry Service is 9.52 cents per call.

Price of the printed copy of the Universal Directory

Price of the printed copy of the Universal Directory is €2.38 which is free of charge for the socially vulnerable and the disabled.

Price of the electronic version of the Universal Directory

Price of the electronic (CD/DVD) version of the Universal Directory is 11.9 cents which is free of charge for the socially vulnerable and the disabled. 

Price of calls to the Universal Enquiry Service is 9.52 cents per call.
