Many models of mobile phones can send an SMS that contains more than 160 characters. In that case, another group of 160 characters will be charged as a separate message. Also, one SMS can be sent to multiple numbers. In that case, SMS toward each number will be charged as a separate message.
If you activate the Delivery Report service, after sending an SMS message you will receive a free of charge report when the message is delivered.
If your phone is switched off for some reason, our SMS center will save your messages for up to 24 hours from the moment they were sent.
Short SMS messages can also be sent when you are in roaming.

MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is a kind of message that include multimedia such as photos, animations, melodies, voice messages, video or text – all that in one message.
In order to use MMS service you need to register first, by calling our Customer service at toll free number 1600. Upon registration you will receive a configuration message which you need to save. After that, you will receive an SMS message "Welcome to the world of MMS”.
How to send MMS messages?
In a similar way you create an SMS message you can create an MMS by taking the next steps:
• enter the text of the message
• add images, melody or video.
When you include all the elements of your MMS message enter the phone number to which you want to send it. If the person to whom you sent the MMS message does not have the service activated, he/she will still be able to see it at the Web page indicated in SMS text message.
MMS message can be sent to multiple phone numbers or e-mail addresses at the same time.
When your mobile phone is turned off or if you have two mobile phones, but you want to carry only one of them with you, you can forward calls from one phone number to another or forward calls to your voicemail.
Call forwarding can be activated for free by selecting the Call Divert option in your mobile phone menu.
You can choose between several types of forwarding:
• Forwarding all incoming calls
• Forwarding calls when your phone is switched off
• Forwarding calls if your phone line is busy
• Forwarding calls if you don’t answer a phone call for limited period of time (e.g. 20 seconds)
Once you have chosen the type of forwarding, you need to enter the phone number to which your calls will be forwarded.
Cancel call forwarding
Select the option Call Divert in your mobile phone menu, and then select the option Cancel.
Call forwarding charges
Activation of call forwarding is free of charge, as well as forwarding to your voicemail. Phone number to which the calls are forwarded will not bear the cost.

• This service is available for all prepaid and postpaid 068 network users.
• You can send up to ten "Okreni me" messages a day.

Several minutes after starting your phone you will receive an SMS notification listing all the calls you missed while you’ve been unavailable. The SMS will contain the following information:
• number of missed calls

Even abroad, while using foreign operator’s network you will still be notified by ‘‘who called me'' SMS.
This service does not require particular activation and it is free of charge as long as you are an MTEL user.

”m:tel halo ton” can be activated via WAP and WEB portals or simply by calling our Customer service at 1600.
You will be charged 0.80 EUR per tune, and you will be able to use it infinitely. By making the first purchase you will automatically be subscribed to ”m:tel halo ton” service. The monthly subscription is only 0.20 EUR.
We have a special gift for our users - first month is free of charge! Every following month the user will be charged 0.20 EUR until the moment he/she gets unsubscribed. If you want to change your tune you will be charged only 0.80 EUR, since you already use this service.

• when line is busy
• when unable or unwilling to answer the call
• all calls.
After confirming the desired situation, you need to enter the following numbers:

INITIAL ACCESS TO YOUR VOICEMAIL AND LISTENING TO YOUR VOICEMAIL
When you access your Voicemail for the first time, you need to dial 14777 from your phone in order to listen to your messages or record your personal greeting.
Once you have accessed the Voicemail, the system will activate the automatic operator with introductory instructions that gives you several modifying options:
• greeting messages
• user password
• user name.
Every time you receive a message on your Voicemail you will be notified by an SMS saying:

• DIAL NUMBER 14777.
By dialing 14777 from your phone you will be required to enter a password if the system asks you to. The initial default password is 1111.

ROAMING VOICEMAIL
When abroad, if using a network operator with whom MTEL has established ''roaming agreements'' and your Voicemail has already been activated for all your calls, your phone will not ring or receive any calls - you will only be notified by an SMS saying you missed a call from a certain number.
